The Triton Tie combines the strength of hardwood with superior durability—resisting insects, salt, and moisture while lasting five times longer than traditional wood ties. By 2030, our goal is to supply one million Triton ties annually within a market of 20 million wooden ties per year, contributing to the preservation of hardwood trees and the reduction of plastic waste.

Your Contribution
As the Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of Triton Ties. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will craft and implement a comprehensive market development strategy that integrates sales, market research, customer engagement, and marketing. You will champion a sales-driven culture, actively pursue new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.

How You’ll Make Your Mark
• Execute disciplined sales processes: lead generation, pipeline management, presentation, and long-term relationship building.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Triton Tie products to communicate value effectively.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure optimal sales coverage through direct sales efforts and partner channels.
• Be accountable for company growth, market share expansion, and revenue targets.

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
• 3+ years of proven success in consultative business development.
• A track record of achieving measurable results in growing a business or expanding a market.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
